Muthi is a collaboration between Matt Christensen and mcbess.

Drawing influence from Christensen's background growing up in Africa, nocturnal exploits around the world and various misadventures, Muthi resides in the world of poppy psychedelia, with just a hint of paranoia to keep things spicy.

Following the release of VISIONS in 2021, Muthi returns in 2024 with new music available on all major streaming services.
